Middleclick updated for Magic Mouse user

Updated version with the change from carlosh & galonsky! It support multiple touch devices (like a touchpad + a magic mouse) and the option to 3-click.

I don’t have time to improve MiddleClick much now but I guess it should turn into a preference pane and be more flexible & robust. Don’t hesitate to ping me on github if you improve it!

No more cmd+click but a real middle click now. Works way better in iTerm, etc. Enjoy ;)
